Custom Design
Do you make fully custom jewelry, or do you use existing designs?
Every custom piece is designed from scratch around your vision, your stones, and your story. We start with a consultation, move to sketches and CAD models, and finish with hand-fabrication at the bench. Nothing is pulled from a catalog.
Bridal & Engagement Rings
Can I design my own engagement ring?
Absolutely. We design custom engagement rings from classic solitaires to elaborate settings for larger center stones. You choose the shape, metal, profile, and setting style — we handle the rest in-house.
Repairs & Restoration
What kinds of repairs do you handle?
Ring sizing, prong rebuilding and retipping, stone tightening, shank rebuilding and soldering, chain and clasp repairs, antique and heirloom restoration, polishing, and rhodium plating for white gold.
Appraisals
Do you provide jewelry appraisals?
Yes. We provide appraisal services for insurance and personal documentation. Appraisals are done in-house by appointment, and we evaluate each piece's materials, stones, and craftsmanship.
